The Suspension Seat post has worked well. Although there were no instructions, I figured out which direction the post should face. Liked the printed increments on the post. I put it into use immediately. It seemed to work fine. Not a lot of spring action but enough to make a difference. When I also add a ge seat cover, the comfort level will increase.

Nice Seat Post

Well built with high quality materials. Easily mounted on my bike with no problems. The springs are very stiff but adjustable to your comfort level to provide some dampening without getting soft.
Overall suspension upgrades are very good .
